Brillat Savarin Affiné is sometimes called the ‘foie gras of cheeses’ with its soft, creamy texture and fresh hazelnut flavours.

This triple-cream cheese is made according to traditional methods, it has a creamy texture and buttery flavours. It is made with raw milk and ripened for 4 weeks.

The Brillat Savarin Affiné is sold in a wooden box. This acts as a kind of small ripening cellar. The cheese carries on ripening even after leaving its cellar.
