Naturally lean, tender and full of flavour, it is an excellent source of protein, as well as, magnesium, iron, vitamin B12 and zinc (more than Chicken for the last 3).

Internal temperature of cooked veal:

63° C (145° F) – Rare veal
70° C (160° F) – Medium pink veal
77° C (170° F) – Well done veal
