Their fishing techniques is 100% environmentally friendly, meaning they fish based on their demand while taking into consideration fish reproduction. Our fish is wild, ethically fished and 100% fresh.

Some fish might not be available as we respect fishing seasonality to support sustainability.

All fish are imported whole in the best preservation condition, cleaned and portioned in Dubai to your liking.
