Christmas Capon Stuffed with Sides - Ready to Bake

We selected the finest ingredients as we usually import them from France to ensure each element of this dish is to the highest quality.
Our ready to cook bird is fully prepared, brined, battered stuffed with a selection of side dishes.
You will only need to bake it and reheat all sides.

• The Bird: Perfectly prepared, expertly stuffed, tied, and ready to bake in its own roasting bag for effortless cooking.
  
  
• Sides that steal the show, already cooked just waiting to be reheated: creamy mashed potatoes, braised brussels sprouts, sautéed carrots, roasted chestnuts, and rich, flavorful gravy, Chestnut roulade Butter.

All Orders need to be placed by DECEMBER 21th latest.
Deliveries will be arranged as per your request with last deliveries on DECEMBER 24th.
It is recommended to be cooked and consumed within 48 hours.

  Chestnut, Cox Orange Apple and Foie Gras Foie gras stuffing.

  A selection of unique side dishes: Ratte Potato Puree with Topinambour (Jerusalem artichoke), Belgian Brussel Sprouts, Red Kuri pumpkin and Glazed carrots.

  With the Truffle version you will receive a fresh winter Truffle (50g) and Truffle butter (200g).
